March’s Temp of the Month!

Congratulations to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who has been awarded our temp of the month award for March 2019!

Ole was a boomerang employee who used to work for a small sports company called Manchester United Plc both as an employee then junior manager, before returning to his homeland in Norway in 2011 to join another small sports company called Molde.

Apart from a brief work placement in Cardiff in 2014, it was there he stayed until December 2018, when he was told that a senior managerial job was available on a contract basis until May 2019. Ole has excelled in the role since, to such an extent he was offered the job on a permanent basis in March 2019!

Says Ole:

“I’m delighted to be awarded Selective Recruitment Group’s temp of the month award for March 2019. There have been some amazing temp of the months before me and I’m honoured to be awarded the same accolade by Managing Director Emma Hunt – it’s truly humbling. I hope to be worthy of the award and be an inspiration to those that follow on a daily basis too. I have to stop now as I’m welling up. Thank you.”
